Payments are collected by Etsy on my behalf. Products are not dispatched until payment has been made and confirmed by Etsy.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from confirmation of payment. Please check the dispatch details on the product pages before purchasing.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
I am a one woman band so please bear with me during busy periods.

UK Shipping
Items will be posted via Royal Mail postal services.

FREE UK Standard shipping when you spend £25 or more. This only applies to orders being shipped to UK addresses. Standard Shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class post, upgrades are available but will be charged.

Please note, I cannot guarantee delivery times and I cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal service.

Shipping charges include packaging costs and Etsy fees.

International Shipping

Items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking codes are available for standard shipping, there is an option to upgrade to Tracked & Signed mail at checkout which will allow you to track your order.

As a rough guide, once you receive your dispatch notification, delivery usually takes

💌 USA & Canada: 7 - 12 working days

💌 Rest of the World: 7 - 21 working days
